Elias Wynn was supposed to be dying.
At eighteen, a rare autoimmune disease has already narrowed his life to hospital rooms, debt, and a future that keeps slipping out of reach. Then, after one desperate night, his body recovers in a way medicine cannot explain.
The illness disappears. The damage is gone.
Doctors call it remission. The internet calls it a miracle. Elias wants to believe it was mercy.
But recovery does not return him to ordinary life. Lights fail at the wrong moment. Discarded objects return. Familiar words begin to surface around himâwords that sound like Scripture, like mercy, like someone calling him home. But something in them is wrong.
As grace and deception begin to sound the same, Elias is forced to ask whether he was ever truly healedâor only claimed.
Elias Wynn: The Witness is a psychological thriller with literary depth and supernatural horror elements.

Praise for this book
âI could not put this book down, not even for a minute. The book was brilliantly written and exceeded my expectations.â
When I read the synopsis for this I wasnât sure where it would go but something told me to read it. Iâm so glad I did! The author spun a story filled with faith and love and family and people who donât quit when life gets hard. I am a Jesus lover so when I started seeing the parallels in his book that mirror Who my Savior is and what He means to me, I gobbled this book up in mere hours. I absolutely loved Elias and his honesty and his faith and his quest for Knowledge of the One True Lord. This book made me cry and feel and cheer for the characters. It was a work of fiction but based in Biblical truths that could speak to anyoneâs heart and to show that being a Christian does not mean being perfect but being real and honest. Life is hard and Jesus Christ makes it bearable, and not only that but that you can thrive if you give Him your heart and let Him hold you. Also I read that this author is from Rhode Island which is awesome because I have family that lives there and my ties there run deep. A++ for the book, the story, and the author. Keeping to add to my favorites list. Thanks

I found this book to be very good. Itâs a psychological thriller novel that kept me on the edge of my seat. The story follows Elias who is dying from a rare autoimmune disease when he mysteriously recovers. The twists and turns of the story made me wonder if he was going to survive. This book is a full of suspense and trill with a mix of supernatural elements. I enjoyed reading this book and recommend it if you are a fan of thrillers.
I wasnt really sure what to expect when I started this book, but it pulled me in pretty fast. The mix of medical drama, mystery, and the creepy supernatural stuff worked way better then I thought it would. Elias feels like a real person, and seeing him deal with his illness while all these strange things keep happening made it hard to stop reading.
Some scenes were honestly pretty intense, especially in the hospital and later with âThe Healer.â The writing keeps you wanting to know what happens next without feeling over the top. There were a few places that felt a little slow, but overall it was a really good read. Definatly worth checking out if you like suspense with a little bit of faith and mystery mixed together.
A harsh world living in. Realism of a haunted piece of mind. Elias faces a world of cruelty and pain while he fights for his life. I would read this book over and over. It is an adventure of the wildest with the slightest hint of reality. âThe grin I chased when I was a kidâ hits home.

This was a great book, I found it be heartbreaking but beautiful! It was one of those stories that you just had to keep going to find out how it all ends. The mix of drama and mystery kept me interested in the story and the I think the author did a great job with creating the character Gilbert. He was so funny and down to earth.
